We have used Construction By Design for three projects over several years, and have continued to be very pleased with both the quality and personal attention to details in all the projects. Our first contact was to repair the roof and front of the garage when a tree fell on it. Good job, done well and good price. The second was to remodel the bathroom to make it wheelchair accessible. That one took some ingenuity to work within the given space of the existing bathroom. Again, very pleased with the result. The third and biggest project was to create a gabled roof porch and siding for the front of the house which completely upgraded the street appeal, Both we and the neighbors were very happy with the outcome. Everything was done correctly, no corners were cut. He explained everything to us when we asked, and he is an honest person. He cares about the work and he isn't juggling multiple jobs at once. He uses people he trusts and they all obviously respect and enjoy working with him. Never once did we feel unclear or confused about anything he was doing or how much it would cost. Our kitchen is absolutely perfect and Nate wouldn't want it any other way.
