I recently had my bathroom repaired and remodeled by Nate Veader after a leaking toilet damaged the subflooring. The estimate for the work was very reasonable. One of the best things was that Nate was present for the entire job. We only have one bathroom and he was very considerate in making sure that by the end of the first work day, we had the new toilet installed. He and his assistant, Mike, arrived early and worked very hard to make sure that happened for us. They took care to protect my floors and staircase with drop cloths and cleaned up the area – including vacuuming – at the end of each day. At each step of the work, Nate took the time to show me what was going on and what would happen next. Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the quality of the work from the toilet installation to the trim molding and caulking. He replaced the bathroom door and it is perfect. My bathroom vanity and vessel sink – fish shaped – are beautiful! I have been disappointed by other contractors and usually expect to be disappointed. But NOT this time! I trust Nate and will hire him again for future projects. I highly recommend him – a real professional.
